By ticking the box and booking with us you accept the following Terms + Conditions outlined below:
PAYMENT TERMS (Payments via Stripe)
100% of the total cost is charged at Booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
24 Hours prior to Check-in a pre authorisation hold is applied to your Credit Card that you used to pay for your booking. Please note that this is just a hold of funds, the hold is released 48hrs after Check-out, some banks take a little longer than others to release the hold. The amount of security deposit is as follows: $500.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellations made prior to 31 days before check-in, less $50 booking fee.
7-14 day's notice given - 50% of the total booking value will be charged - unless you transfer your booking to another time within 6 months.
Less than 7 days notice - you will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of any government lockdowns or travel restrictions, we can either hold a credit for a future stay, or offer a refund less $50 booking fee.
If you are unwell, self-isolating or quarantining, we ask that you please contact us and and we can move your stay to another time.
SECURITY
Please note, there is one security camera located at the the back of each Chalet that monitors the driveway/road, the camera is not concealed. This is the only camera on the Chalet.
FIRES
The Chalets have indoor fires and outdoor fire pits, they are to be operated at user's responsibility & can only be used during local authorities recommended months.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
All accommodation must be used for private use only and to accommodate a maximum of 1 or 2 guests stated on your booking confirmation. We do not allow visitors to the farm and this includes private in house massage services.
Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Charges for additional guests will be debited to your Credit Card without further notice. If the amount owing is above the amount held you hereby accept this liability.
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property.
NOISE
Please be respectful to other guests on the property and our neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum, so everyone can enjoy their stay.
If complaints are received and you are found not to have been respectful of neighbours you will be required to vacate the premises with no further notice or refund.
CLEANING
All accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state.
A professional clean will be carried out on check out and if the chalet is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, there will be an extra cleaning charge. This will be determined on a case to case basis.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-In is from 2pm
Check-Out is by 10am
PETS
Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets on the farm.
DAMAGE
Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the Property Owner. Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card or security deposit without further notice.
SMOKING
There is no smoking inside any of the Chalets. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour you will be charged a fee of $500 to cover the cleaning of curtains, carpets and air-conditioning sterilisation.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REVOKE BOOKINGS
The Owner reserves the right to revoke or refuse to honour any property accommodation booking which may in the opinion of either party (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the Property concerned.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once a Guest’s booking has been confirmed, the Guest shall be responsible for payment of the total price for the rental period and all extras (if any) as shown on the confirmation notice on or before the date or dates referred to in such notice.
DISCLAIMER
I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that the Property Owner will not be held responsible nor liable for:
Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused whilst I/we are in occupancy of the accommodation due to my/our failure to comply with the Term and Conditions or House Rules;
Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused due to negligence on my/our /their part.
Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused as a result of insects or wildlife in or around the accommodation site. All occupants are to take specific care at all time and requested not to approach any wildlife under any circumstances.
INDEMNITY
You, the guest, indemnify the agency against any liability which may attach to the agency as a result of damage, injury or loss being personal or proprietary suffered by any person where damage, injury or loss has been contributed to or caused by any act or occasion of the tenant or his/her visitor.
Management reserves the right to update these Terms + Conditions when required at their discretion. and conditions
